How it works?
MTN users (agents, merchants, super dealers and corporate partners) in need of cash or funds can exchange their MTN Mobile Money float services can be served through:
Branch/over the counter through DTB banking halls: For both account and non-account holders, the customer sends MTN Float to the bank, the teller receives the receives an SMS confirmation, the customer is either credited the equivalent MTN float transferred on their DTB account or receives cash from the teller.
