Account Opening Requirements
Permit of operation from the NGO board
Certified Certificate of registration or incorporation
Valid National Identification document for each signatory.
Copy of passport including visa status for foreign nationals.
Valid refugee ID and attestation from the Office of the Prime Minister
1 passport photo for each signatory
Certified By-laws/Constitution/ Memorandum and articles of association
Letter of request to open an account, on company-headed paper
A letter of introduction from persons of good standing in society, acceptable to the bank, e.g., Advocates, Accountants, Senior government officials, etc.
Proof of address
Form A-18 Notice of situation of registered address or any changes thereof or utility bills
